FIND YOUR FIT
Tell us how many people share the connection and what you use it for. We'll suggest a plan and speed in seconds, so you only pay for what you need.
Start by adding everyone who will use the internet, including family, staff or guests.
KNOW YOUR OPTIONS
Choose how the internet reaches you, then choose the package tuned for how you use it. Availability at your address is dependant on feasibility & coverage.
A physical fiber line is less affected by radio interference and offers higher listed speeds here: 25, 50 or 100 Mbps. Availability and actual performance depend on your address and conditions.
See Fiber plansA local wireless link can be an option where a physical fiber line has not reached your premises, provided signal and coverage are feasible. Listed speeds are 10, 20 or 40 Mbps.
See WiFiber plansCHOOSE YOUR PRIORITY
Each package type is offered on both Fiber and WiFiber. Select the priority that fits your day, then compare speeds and prices above.
Everyday households
Home packages are tuned for smooth streaming, browsing and everyday household use. Speeds are best effort, shared fairly across our network.
Work from home & small offices
SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) packages are optimized for VoIP calls, video conferencing and day-to-day business tasks. Speeds are best effort, ideal for working from home or a small office.
Responsive online play
Gaming packages are tuned for low latency, keeping your connection responsive for online play. Speeds are best effort, prioritized to reduce lag rather than maximize throughput.
Business-critical connectivity
Business packages are optimized for critical business tasks and receive higher priority on our network. Unlike Home, SOHO and Gaming packages, which are best effort, Business packages come with guaranteed speeds. Business customers also enjoy higher support priority and quicker turnaround times.
THE DETAILS
Answers to the questions that come up when choosing a connection or getting started.
Start with an address or map check to see possible Fiber and/or WiFiber options. Map coverage is provisional, and our team must confirm feasibility at your address.
No. A mapped result indicates possible coverage, not a confirmed installation. Submit your details so the team can assess feasibility at your exact address.
Fiber brings the connection to your premises over a physical fiber line. WiFiber uses a local wireless link for the connection to your premises. Both have Home, SOHO, Gaming and Business options; availability depends on your location.
No. WiFiber describes the link delivering internet to your premises. Wi-Fi is the local connection between your router and devices; its performance also depends on your equipment, walls and distance.
Start with what is available at your address, then compare the listed speeds and packages. Fiber plans list 25, 50 and 100 Mbps; WiFiber plans list 10, 20 and 40 Mbps. Ask the team to confirm feasibility before choosing.
The checker may show more than one possible option. The team needs to confirm which connections can actually be supplied at your address.
The listed speed applies in both directions. Upload capacity matters for video calls, sending files and backing up content, not just downloading or streaming.
Plans do not have a fixed monthly data cap. The speed and performance you experience can still vary with the package, network conditions and your own setup.
The service is not sold with traffic shaping that deliberately slows specific types of activity. Unshaped does not mean every app or website will always run at full speed.
Home, SOHO and Gaming speeds are best effort. Results can vary with network conditions, the test server and your local setup. Business packages have guaranteed speeds; ask the team for the applicable terms.
Home is tuned for everyday browsing and streaming. Pick a speed based on how many devices you expect to use at once; compare the options in the plan list.
SOHO stands for Small Office/Home Office. It is optimized for VoIP calls, video meetings and daily business tasks, with best-effort speeds.
Gaming prioritizes responsiveness and low latency rather than maximum throughput, but no connection can eliminate all lag. Game servers, routes, network conditions and your own Wi-Fi can also affect play.
Business includes guaranteed speeds and higher network and support priority. Home, SOHO and Gaming are best effort. Confirm the exact service terms with the team.
Contact the team to discuss a change. Available options and the process depend on your address and current service; do not assume an upgrade happens automatically.
Start with an address or map check to see possible Fiber and/or WiFiber options, then choose a plan and submit a connection request. Map coverage is provisional until the team confirms feasibility at your address.
Timing depends on feasibility and the work needed at your address. Ask the team for an estimate after they have checked your location.
Equipment and any once-off charges depend on the connection and installation. Confirm what is required and the full cost with the team before proceeding.
Check the current service terms with the team before signing up. Contract length and cancellation conditions are not listed in the plan catalog.
